“As a born and raised NYer, and current Vail Valley resident, I have a hard time doing without my comfort foods from “home”.  The owner likely feels my pain, attempting to stay true to her roots; with her team, produces an amazing NY-style bagel right in the middle of the Rocky Mountains.  Breakfast sandwiches are second to none, and the coffee is tasty and rich.  I’m having trouble not craving a stop here multiple times a day.”
